1. Service
Client-MintedMind provides a web-based client portal and CRM workflow for agencies. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts and access
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for keeping credentials secure.
- Access is controlled by roles (Admin/Agent/Client). Admins manage users within their company.
3. Customer data
Agencies may store client data and documents in the system. Agencies are responsible for ensuring they have the lawful basis to process such data and for the content they upload.
4. Subscription, trials and billing
- A trial period may be provided at registration (e.g., 14 days).
- Paid plans provide extended usage limits and features.
- Invoices may be generated in the system. Payments may require manual verification during MVP stage.
- If a subscription expires or remains unpaid, access may be limited (e.g., read-only or feature limits).
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful activities.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, or tenant isolation.
- Do not upload malware or harmful content.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update features, UI, or terms to improve the service.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, security reasons, or non-payment, in accordance with these Terms.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or loss of data. Users should maintain their own backups if required.
